Our standard delivery timescale is 3-5 working days for orders within the UK. Chess Jones Equestrian Ltd will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the returns procedure. All parcels over the value of £20.00 are required to be signed for. Two delivery attempts will be made and if your parcel is not received and returned for us, further shipping charges will be applied.
Standard delivery is available for parcels under 2kg in weight to the UK only. If over 2kg, Next Day Delivery will be automatically generated. Free Shipping on orders over £150.00
Next Day Delivery (UK)
Orders requiring next day delivery must be placed before 2pm the previous day and will need a signature upon delivery. Next day delivery does NOT include weekend delivery or anything ordered after 2pm on a Thursday.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
All international orders will be posted via a tracked / signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. Chess Jones Equestrian will not be held responsible for any delays on delivery.
Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such we have no control over what they may be. Please speak to your country's tax office before placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur.
Our returns policy is 14 days from the date your parcel arrives with you. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & that the refund has been processed.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your refund will be for the full amount of the product minus the shipping cost.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless agreed before purchasing by emailing us at email@example.com
Exchanges are welcome if we have the item you wish to exchange for in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size or colour, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item to: Unit 2 Beechnut Industrial Est, Beechnut Road, Aldershot, GU12 4JA with the returns note included.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, we recommend Royal Mail signed for or similar. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you are responsible for your returned item until it arrives with us and therefore this can be the safest option for all parties.

Things are changing – from the 1st of January 2021, the UK will leave the EU. For our worldwide customers, who are not part of the EU, everything will remain the same. For our customers who are part of the EU – orders will now be subject to tax and duty charges. These charges will be based on the order value & collected by the courier before delivering your parcel.
You will not receive your order without paying these charges. When you place an order with us from outside of the UK, you are agreeing to pay the Tax & Duty charges that are specific to your country. We can not receive a shipment back as ‘Return to Sender’ unless these charges have been cleared. If you choose to not accept the shipment and pay for the charges, your shipment will be destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund.
