Refund policy

Returns 
Our returns policy is 30 days from the date your parcel arrives with you. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & that the refund has been processed.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your refund will be for the full amount of the product minus the shipping cost.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless agreed before purchasing by emailing us at enquiries@chessjonesequestrian.com

Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. We are happy to refund you and you can reorder the new item and/or size should you wish, once the item has been returned to us.
